Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using https://asonet.app (“ASONET”, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use ASONET for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms.

2. The Service

ASONET provides AI-assisted social media workflows, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling and publishing to supported networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Telegram, and others as enabled)
• AI generation of text, images, and video (including Nova, the ASONET AI assistant)
• Media uploads, drafts, templates, analytics, team workspaces, roles/permissions
• Billing plans, add-ons, and affiliate features where enabled
• Optional install as a Progressive Web App (PWA)

Features may vary by plan, region, or beta status. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

3. Accounts & security

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account
• Notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized access
• Super-admin / privileged roles may require two-factor authentication
• Minimum age: 16 (or higher if required where you live)

4. Connected social accounts

By connecting a network via OAuth you authorize ASONET to act on that account as you direct (publish, schedule, pull insights). You must own or control the connected account and comply with each platform’s terms and community guidelines. ASONET is independent and not endorsed by those platforms.

5. Acceptable use & AI content

• No illegal content, malware, spam, harassment, or infringement of IP/privacy rights
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, scrape the Service, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing; AI may be inaccurate or unsuitable
• You retain rights to your original content; you grant ASONET a limited license to host, process, and deliver it to operate the Service
• Do not upload content you lack rights to use

6. Plans, billing & credits

Paid plans, AI usage quotas, and add-ons are charged according to the pricing shown in-product or on /pricing. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds follow the policy stated at purchase or required by mandatory consumer law. Abuse of promotional credits may result in suspension.

7. Intellectual property

ASONET branding, UI, software, and documentation are owned by ASONET or its licensors. Except for your content and rights granted by law, no license is granted to copy or resell the platform.

8. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using ASONET you also acknowledge that policy.

9. Iran & international compliance

You must use ASONET in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, including Iranian law when you operate from Iran (electronic commerce rules, computer crimes provisions, advertising/content rules applicable to your posts). You are solely responsible for the legality of content you publish to social platforms. International users remain responsible for export, sanctions, and local marketing laws that apply to them.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, legal risk, or abuse. You may stop using ASONET and delete your account subject to residual legal retention of billing records.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASONET disclaims warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for platform outages of third-party social networks or AI model providers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees you paid to ASONET for the Service in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of asonet.app, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised to [email protected] for good-faith resolution.
